Located in a classic LA bungalow court just a few minutes from Canyon Coffee. Private patio, shared courtyard with kind, quiet neighbors (10 bungalows total behind a gate). There are steps to get in.

1 bath, 1 bedroom, dedicated workspace (I’m a writer). It’s very peaceful here, so am looking for someone who will maintain that vibe, e.g., no parties, not making sales calls from home all day, etc. Space is furnished, cottage-y feel, happy plants.

Walkable neighborhood: 3 mins to coffee; 10 mins to bougie grocer (Cookbook); 15 mins to Walgreens and Lassens.

Street parking, small washer but no dryer (I hang clothes to dry), no dishwasher.

AC: window unit in front of desk. Swamp cooler in bedroom.

Air purifiers: in every room including bathroom.

Pet friendly: If you do have a dog there’s some guidelines about how to keep the shared courtyard secure for everyone

For someone staying BOTH months it’s $2300/month which is exactly what I pay, plus $100 cleaning fee.
