The space is laid out with window-facing desks in the front of the office and desk bays in the back, plus 5 glass-private offices, each private space can fit 2 - 3 people. The layout lends itself perfectly to sharing or for a full team looking to spread out amongst the corners of the space. The front has natural light and the back has a warm interior.

NEIGHBORHOOD The area around 22 W 23rd Street in New York's Flatiron District is known for its iconic architecture, bustling streets, and central location. The neighborhood is highly commutable, with the 23rd Street subway station nearby, offering access to the N, R, W, and 6 trains. Popular lunch spots in the area include Eataly, the Mediterranean-inspired Cava, and the classic Shake Shack in Madison Square Park, all of which contribute to the lively and energetic vibe that defines the Flatiron District.

MEETING ROOMS We have a back area for open collaboration. Private offices for meetings room are available as part of your lease if you choose.

PRIVACY This space is currently shared by two tenants in the creative space. One is leaving, which means you'll either 1) share with another group that has their own work space in offices / desk bays, or 2) you can take the entire space for a fully private experience. The existing group is very quiet and only comes in 2-3 days / week, so it will feel like your own space. Plus, the layout lends itself to natural separation easily.

OPTION A: Single desks are $600

We also have two other group options available, BUT, will review other options to accommodate. Pricing includes internet, cleaning, garbage removal, general office supplies (paper goods, coffee) and electricity. This is a great package.
OPTION B: $5,000
• One large all-glass office upfront
• 4-person desk upfront with natural light from 5 windows

OPTION C: $4,000
• Smaller side office with glass front
• 4-person "bull" pen that is across from it.
