Can host a maximum of 1 person. No pets. I am looking for someone clean and tidy who will treat my space with care. Additionally, looking for someone who can take the apartment for most/all of the dates as I will not do back-to-back sublets. Subletter will be asked to wash sheets/towels and clean prior to leaving.

I travel often and often sublet others' apartments, but this is the first time I will sublet myself. I absolutely love my building and the building staff. Despite this unit being on the second floor, it is really quiet.
