I’m an American artist living in Paris, subletting my peaceful ground-floor studio in the heart of Le Marais while I travel this summer. It’s a cozy, creative space that opens onto a quiet shared courtyard — perfect for artists, writers, or anyone looking for a calm, inspiring place to land.

– Fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, air fryer, microwave, French press, etc.)

About This Lister

I’m an American artist living and working in France, primarily focused on painting. This studio has been my creative home in Paris, and if a fellow painter rents the space, there’s potential to use part of it as an atelier as well. I’ll be traveling this summer for work and to visit home, and it felt like a shame not to share this special spot with another artist or someone looking to spend time living in Paris.
