I'd love to beat the pricing on airbnb (It's insane these days) and perhaps cover the cost of a space rather than have large profits made off of me. I've worked here before so I know the city fairly well mostly staying uptown and midtown, but I'd love to be able to live in/explore an new area for me. Lower West, Lower East, etc. Open to options!

I'm quiet and clean and mostly keep to myself. Happy to water plants, get mail, etc.
