Quiet, private 2 bed 2 bath house in the middle of Silverlake. Views of the city. Big gardens. Hot tub. Central AC. Sound system everywhere. Big TV. Gorgeous sunlight. Genuine mid century modern furniture in most rooms. Alarms and cameras. Pet friendly yard. Lots of parking. Washer and dryer. Bedroom One has a King bed and ensuite. Bedroom Two is currently a (tidy) office but I have bed options.
About This Lister
Australian / American TV writer traveling for work in Europe and hoping to stay longer for fun. I've never used this site before but I often give the house to friends when I'm away, so there's a booklet and everything's user friendly.

Rental requirements
Hmm. Open to suggestions and depends on length of stay but: One week $ deposit to confirm it's yours. Then each week $ at the beginning of week. Deposit returned when I'm home and can check that it's basically okay. Pet and child suitable (but you're responsible for their safety and any damage). I will always be available on text and have friends nearby to help if needed.
Pets Policy
Be mindful. Yard is quite secure but it has cactus and stuff so they'll need to be supervised. Be careful that pets nails aren't damaging wood floors. Pets will need to be approved by me (to ensure you don't have too many etc).
