Comfortable furnished one-bedroom on quiet leafy street in Queen Village, a convenient, historic Philadelphia neighborhood just south of Center City. Dates are slightly flexible. Walking distance to Italian Market, Headhouse Sq farmers market, Old City, Delaware River piers, many parks, bars and good restaurants.
Looking for one responsible person or a couple, with impeccable credit and references.
The building is a 3-unit row house built in 1810, next to a landscaped courtyard. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a private entrance and a sunny, fenced outdoor area about 400 sq.ft. (huge for Philly!). The space is fully furnished and equipped, with washer/dryer, dishwasher, Roku TV and central AC. It’s move-in ready, with dishes, cleaning supplies, towels, linens, and pretty much everything else one needs.
WiFi included in rental price. Other utilities (gas for cooking and electricity) are the responsibility of the tenant. I will provide the information needed to set up accounts.
Feel free to reach out with any questions. Thanx!
We are a couple of hip (or so we like to think) seniors, he and she, from Brooklyn, NY — both writers. We have owned this property since 2005 and are experienced landlords.
We use this apartment as a pied-a-terre in the winter months in order to spend time with our son and grandkids in Philadelphia.
We are always available by phone/ text, and there is a trusted handyman right around the corner who can take care of most issues.
