This space is built within my studio so I will walk through to access my space (my hours are typically M-F 1 - 6 pm). There are curtains for added privacy (or removed if not wanted).

A talented carpenter created the studio with care this winter and sound proofed the walls with insulation to ensure it's a quiet and peaceful space. Perfect for anyone who would like a personal quiet space to be creative. Painters, illustrators, graphic designers, video editors, jewelers, draftspeople, or small scale crafters, all welcome.

The lease could be month to month or 1 year. Starting May 15 or June 1, 2025.

My name is Jessica, I am a painter, mixed media artist, horticulturist, and meditator. My oil painting practice is non-toxic, no odors at all, I use walnut oil as my medium. I've been working in this studio since 2011. I am very quiet (pretty much silent) and listen to music and podcasts only on my headphones (I would ask the same of you). I meditate regularly in my spaces, so good vibes abound :)
