We are looking to sublet our 1-bedroom apartment for July and August. It has a huge living room that we use as a second bedroom. It would be very roomy as a traditional 1-bedroom! There is nice, indirect natural light in the morning and afternoon. We are on the second floor of a medium-sized building with laundry in the basement (no elevator).

All utilities are included, including wifi.

This is the end of our lease, so we are not keeping the furniture. The apartment can be unfurnished or we are willing to sell most of our furniture (2 full beds, living chairs, kitchen shelving and counter, microwave) for a very discounted price. (You would be responsible for emptying the apartment/taking furniture with you at the end of August.)

Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with lovely parks, cafes and restaurants. Blocks away from Columbia University Medical Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital. 5 minute walk to the A train, 10 minute walk to the 1 and C trains.

About This Lister

I have loved living in this apartment for the past 2 years, but I'm moving away to start medical school this summer. My roommate is also starting grad school this summer, so we're both leaving the city.

We have kept the apartment very clean and well maintained. We want to find someone great to take over the apartment for the last 2 months of our lease. We would be very happy to talk more about the apartment, the neighborhood, and what brings you to New York.
