My apartment is a four-room classic railroad on the ground floor of an old building. Very tall ceilings, nice light, clean, peaceful, and unique, with many charming original details. This is a special place, and I'm looking for a quiet and responsible subletter. Please only contact me if you are available to meet in-person. No pets please.
The apartment is naturally cool, and I have one window A/C unit with a box fan to blow cold air through the space. Smart TV and fast internet. The best cafes, restaurants, bookshops, etc. are all within walking distance, as are multiple grocery stores.

I'm an artist, educator, and organizer, and have lived in NYC for almost 20 years. I am the sole tenant in the apartment and have lived here for 7 years. You can contact me with any questions during the sublease. My landlord lives in the building and is available to help if any maintenance issues arise.
