THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Within walking distance of A/C/2/3/4/5 trains and B/Q via shuttle. Also a block away from citibike, or the bus to get to Williamsburg or the G. It's transportation heaven. Franklin avenue is almost all fun bars and restaurants, and there's the cutest cafe/wine bar on the corner. Not to mention the botanical gardens and prospect park; it's truly a great neighborhood.

THE BUILDING:
This is a 3 unit walk-up building next to the S train, we're the 3rd (top) floor so no noisy upstairs neighbors and more light. There is *free* laundry and extra storage in basement, also a furnished backyard with a fire pit. Utilities including WiFi come to about $130 a month per person depending on season.

THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is a 4 bedroom flex, with one of the rooms serving as an office/den. There is a long living room, good sized kitchen with a dishwasher, coat closet and utilities closet. 2 cats live here so no more pets unfortunately!

The room has a walk-in closet and is right next to a bathroom you’d share with one other person. It overlooks the backyard.

I'm 30 yo native New Yorker working in television. Comes with very friendly cat. I love cooking, crafting, history, museums and galleries, trying new restaurants, going out dancing or to hear music.

As I'm working long hours from home during the week, I like to get along with my flatmates.
