I am the tenant! I love philosophy, salsa dancing, traveling alone and volunteering. I have put three years of care, work, and love into my space, but as I'll be traveling during the summer months, I'm looking for someone to enjoy the space while I'm gone. She/her, cat mom!

Rental requirements

The sublessor (original tenant) will require a meeting with the interested subtenant (either via video call or in-person). The subtenant will be required to fill out an application form, including proof of identity, proof of income (40x), rental history, references and emergency contact information. The subtenant will then be approved by building.

**PLEASE NOTE** sublettors will be required to provide proof of income totaling 40x rent, so at least $103K annually.

**PLEASE NOTE** a security deposit of half of one month's rent will be required.

Once a subtenant is selected, in order to move in, they will be required to sign a sublease agreement. This agreement will include a move-in/move-out checklist, up-front delivery of 1 month's rent & a security deposit, and a pet agreement (if applicable).
