About This Lister
We are professionals -- I'm a professor and my housemate works in sports management. We both have busy lives, with our families nearby. We're clean and organized, but not neat-freaks. We are good about sharing space and giving privacy. Our ideal housemate is OK with cats. Any gender welcome, but we have a preference for a professional with a busy life.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
We are longterm tenants and have permission to sublet from our landlord.
Rental requirements
Lease can start June 1st or June 15.
We are flexible with time-frames, including end-date, and can show the room at short notice.
