I'm headed out of town and am seeking a renter for my furnished one bedroom apartment between June 27 and September 27. The large space has windows in every room, a queen sized bed, a comfy couch, and several closets. I'm looking for a clean, responsible person or couple to enjoy and take care of the space while I'm away.

You'll be able to use an elliptical, weights, and a yoga mat. Tons of kitchen dishes and tools. Despite being built in the 1920s, theres an elevator and wheelchair accessible ramps. Trash can be taken to a trash chute across the hall or trash cans on the first floor. Clean

The unit is located in a charming pre-war Crown Heights building located a 5 minute walk to the Franklin stop of the 2/3/4/5/S Subway lines. The neighborhood is vibrant and convenient to Manhattan and the beach.

Utilities (gas, electric, hot water, wifi) are included. This space is not childproofed and subletter is responsible for damages. No pets, smoking, or parties.
