I'm renting my beautiful, stylishly furnished apt while I travel for 10 days--you will be the only one there. Elevator building, top floor of 6 stories set in the treetops. Great for a quiet, respectful single person or couple. It's a 3 min walk to the most beautiful section of Prospect Park--right near the lake. 5 min walk to the F/G subway--25 min to Manhattan's LES via subway. And a beautiful, but longer, walk thru the park to the Q train (12 min walk). So, if you like a moment in nature at the beginning or ending of your NYC adventure, this is really a wonderful spot. And there are lovely restos and cafes in walking distance as well.

About the apt:
Large windows with unobstructed views. Beautiful sunsets. Double windows have been installed so it’s very quiet and peaceful. Internal archways and high ceilings. Hand-painted Moroccan tile in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Very large entry foyer for added space to work-out or use as an art studio space. Bathroom has a deep tub for soaking and a large window—an incredible experience for bathing and showering while overlooking the bustle of Brooklyn.

The large living space (12 ft x 20 ft) has everything you need, with lots of plants and breathtaking late day sun. I can have a neighbor who can water the plants if you don’t want the bother. I will be available by text the entire time, and I will provide numbers of neighbors for local help should anything arise that needs someone’s attention.

Your bedroom is completely private (although you will be the only one there). It's small but beautiful; has a large window and opens onto the very spacious living room. There is a small desk and closet and even a mini fridge. Since you have the apt to yourself, you can also use the large dining table or bar as your working space.

The open kitchen is fully loaded with everything to cook a great meal or enjoy takeout. Lots of counter space and a beautiful custom bar for eating and conversation. There's also a lovely recycled wood table in living room for dining or can easily be used as an office, as well.

Several super cool restaurants 6-7 min walk, grocery and café are a 3 min walk. Laundry in basement. Live-in super.

$750 per week includes wifi and utilities. Preference to those who might want it for the full 10 days for $1000 total.
