Hi! I’m looking for someone (preferably female) to move into the flex room of my 1 bedroom flex apartment on the Upper East Side. The lease will be for 1 year (9/1/25 - 8/31/26). Monthly rent is $2,337.50 each. I live in Regency Towers, a doorman building with elevators, laundry facilities, and fitness center across the street from the 63rd & Lex subway and a few blocks away from Trader Joe's and a short jog away from Central Park.

Hi! I’m 28 years old and am an engineer working in midtown. I have a hybrid work schedule, typically WFH on Fridays. I love to run—I’m currently training for the New York City Marathon this November! I would prefer a roommate who would keep shared spaces relatively clean and is relatively quiet. I have a cat, George who is 3 years old and very cuddly and friendly.
