We’re subletting our spacious loft in the heart of Koreatown.
The space has an open, welcoming feel with high ceilings, exposed brick, and large industrial windows that let in tons of light. The cork floors add a soft, natural touch underfoot.
The bedroom area is separated by sheer curtains—private, but still airy. The living room area has a green sofa and a small desk by the window—perfect for working, reading, or just staring out with a coffee. There’s also a TV and fast, reliable WiFi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, marble island, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. The dining area features a handmade table with colorful chairs. The bathroom is simple and calming, with a deep soaking tub and a shower.
The in-unit washer and dryer are neatly tucked away behind a curtain.

Koreatown is a vibrant, walkable neighborhood full of amazing food, cozy cafes, and local markets. It’s lively, central, and full of character.
No smoking or parties please.
We’re Mi-Ra and Daniel—I’m a producer and Daniel’s a cinematographer. We’re currently away for a project and looking for someone to enjoy our space in the meantime. We split our time between Los Angeles and Berlin and just moved in, making the place our own. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do—please take good care of it while we’re away.
