It features strong A/C, and is ideal for someone needing a peaceful, fully-equipped home base in Brooklyn for the summertime. Will have bed, desk, desk chair, and closet in room. Access to high speed wifi.

About the Apartment: Second-floor unit in an elevator building—super clean and stocked with everything you’d need to cook or keep tidy (Dyson vacuum, iron, cleaning supplies, etc.). Trash chute is right down the hall. The building includes a beautifully furnished roof overlooking the city, full gym, work room, game room, paid laundry room, mail room, and bike room.

About the Roommate: The other roommate is a 32-year-old Black/Chinese woman and VP of Design at a Texas-based consulting firm (remote). Is a music-obsessed (headphones always), a night owl, and usually gone on weekends with her partner. She values a calm, respectful vibe. While no pets live there permanently, she sometimes cares for a small, shy cat who she is allergic to, so she meticulously cleans. Quiet dogs are welcome. Apartment stays comfortably between 72–76°F.
