The unit is two blocks from Trader Joe's on N3 and three blocks from the water. 6 minute walk to the Bedford L train and about a 10 minute walk to Domino park. There's an elevator, in-unit laundry/dryer, a free gym in the building, a courtyard with hammocks, a rooftop with grills (and stunning city/river views!), plus a locked package room. This unit is on the 3rd floor and faces the courtyard. Lots of natural light in the apartment and super quiet area, though very close to tons of cute restaurants, boutiques, and cafes.
