About the Studio

The studio will be fully furnished for the sublet. Although some items in the listing photos may not be available (such as the espresso machine). The studio has a washer/dryer in-unit. Water included.

The studio is about 12 minutes walk to Borough Hall/Court Street subway stations where you can catch 2-3-4-5-R trains. It is also steps away from Pier 6 where a quick ferry ride takes you to Wall St/Pier 11 in about 5 minutes!
