Seeking a roomie for a beautiful, furnished, sunny large bedroom in Bushwick. You’d be living with three other lovely gals. Located 8 mins from the Central M or Kosciusko J lines, 11 mins walk to the L Dekalb stop. Utilities in the summer range from $100-125ish and include our central air AC / electric / WiFi. We have two bathrooms.

Must be pet friendly, as we have a sweet elderly cat. Cannot accept any more pets :( Looking for women or queer folks! We are all pretty independent but like a friendly hangout or chat while passing or making food etc. :) 1x a month you will be responsible for taking out trash, unloading dishes, and doing an apartment clean.

The closet in the photo will be used as storage for the original roommate in this room while she’s away. You will have an empty dresser, hooks for jackets and bags, and fabric bins, as well as miscellaneous other storage.
