Rooms for Sublet
This bedroom is available June 10th (flexible start state) until July 31st with the option to sign onto the lease! Rent for June will be prorated so you only pay for the days you are in the room.
The apartment is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 other women in their twenties.
The room will be provided empty. We can chat if you are interested in having any of the furniture left in the space.
*What I've loved about the room:*
-Large, spacious room. I have space for a queen bed, desk, and dresser and still have plenty of room to move around.
-HUGE 2 door closet. I'm talking you can fit a all your clothes, your hamper, a dresser, and anything else you need to store.
*What I love about the apartment:*
-In unit dish washer and washer and dryer are so convenient
-Elevator building
-Gym and lounge access in the building
*What I love about the neighborhood:*
-The 1 train is directly downstairs! Serious game changer.
-The neighborhood has everything you need. Pharmacy on the ground level of the building, supermarket 1 block away, cute cafe 2 blocks away, tons of different restaurant options (Dominican, Pizza, Sushi, Indian, etc.), hardware store, discount stores, salons, pet stores, you name it.
-So many parks and green spaces nearby (Riverbank park, Riverside park, West Harlem Piers to name a few)
-Access to the Empire State Trail for the most relaxing and fun bike rides. Bike down to battery park or up as far as you want.
About This Lister
I have loved living in this space but am moving out to pursue a job opportunity in California.
You will be sharing the apartment with 2 other women in their twenties. One is a 25 year old who works in theater. She is busy with work and school and is not home much. The other woman is a 28 year old therapist who WFH 3 days a week.
The vibe of the apartment is friendly and considerate. We do our own thing but will occasionally hang out in the living room together. We'll grab packages for one another and share some foods. We text each other if we will have people over. We alternate chores every week to keep the place tidy.

-Looking for a woman/female identifying person. LGBTQ space.
- I will need the sum of the sublet upfront because I will be away for the summer. This will be prorated depending on what date you move in. For a June 10th move in the total will be $2,465 ($1015 for June and $1450 for July)
-Wifi is $22/month electric is ~$50/month
-Option to sign onto the lease in August. For signing onto the lease you will need one month's rent and a security deposit.

Pets Policy
Small dogs/pets allowed. Sorry no cats due to a roommate's allergies
