I am looking for someone, perhaps a couple, interested in experiencing the vibrant city of Beacon, NY with easy access to DIA Beacon, hiking, and the shops and restaurants of Main Street Beacon. The apartment is located on the sunny ground floor, with access to a large back yard facing Fishkill Creek, and walking distance to hiking on Beacon Mountain, with nearby hiking at Breakneck Mountain, and along the Hudson River. It is perfect for those who love nature walks, the arts, and culture. You can get the full experience of living in the town of Beacon, enjoy its nature, culture and fashionable cafés and restaurants. I am seeking a mindful individual (no pets) to come and enjoy our apartment while my partner and I plan to stay further north. There is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another with a twin bed, suitable for a child or young adult. The apartment is located on the ground floor, at the intersection of Churchill and Spring Valley Streets. It has high ceilings, wood floors, and feels very open and sunny. There is a gas stove, dishwasher, espresso maker, washer/dryer, two desk/study areas, wi-fi, television, A/C, two sofas. You will have full access to the yard (shared with 5 other tenants) and a patio with Adirondack chairs overlooking the creek, which is visited by ducks, geese, and the occasional Great Blue Heron.

This is a wonderful choice if you are looking for a peaceful summer just a short distance from the city.
