seeking a squeaky clean, conscientious artist or maker who needs a daytime perch. this sanctuary is my studio and home, but I am away most every monday through friday from roughly 8AM-6PM and would love for it to be used during these times.

i often use the space for sewing, ceramics, music making, various other arts n crafts, entertaining, and relaxation; willing to figure out whatever furniture and storage set up makes sense for non overlapping cohabitation.

please respond with a description of yourself, how you would like to use the space, and if any, your experience with 'shared' spaces.

- super sunny south and southwest facing 4th floor, 12 foot-ceilinged loft, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible
- not suitable for dusty, toxic, or extremely noisy work (music production and DJ-ing a-ok)
- sink, large industrial work table, furniture for lounging, sweet sound system, simple bathroom, simple kitchen, WiFi, A/C, and eclectic library are all accessible and included
- close to the A/C and LIRR trains, and all that beautiful bedstuy/crown heights has to offer
- access to roof and spacious backyard
