My bedroom has a full-size bed and a workspace, and plenty of storage room in both the walk-in closet and the cabinets that I will make sure to free up for you.

The scaffolding outside the building is due to be removed in June, so it won't be there by the time you move in. You're in for some lovely sunshine - and a fire escape!

A brand new AC unit is available but I have not installed it yet. There are also ceiling fans.

You will be sharing the apartment with my wonderful roommate and her cat, Coconut.

The living space is cozy and fun to hang out in. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with a dishwasher. We also have a Nespresso machine. :)

The laundry room is in the basement and operated with quarters.

The apartment is located in a third-floor walkup, a short walk from:

- Both Lorimer and Montrose L
- Both Lorimer and Broadway G
- Lorimer J and M

... and that means it rarely takes more than 30 minutes to get anywhere in the city. The area is full of great bars, restaurants, and countless things to explore.

My ideal dates are 7/10 to 8/13, but I can be flexible on the move-out end - just ask!

About This Lister

I am a 33yo woman, traveling to Europe over the summer to spend time with family and friends. You will be sharing the apartment with my wonderful roommate, who is also a young female professional. Depending on the day, she works both from home and from the office. She and I both care about the place a lot, so we ask that you treat our home with love (and tidiness!) as well.
My roommate also has an adorable white cat, Coconut, who is very friendly and loves to hang out in my room if you want to let her!
