Looking to sublet my cozy and clean studio apartment 2.5 blocks from Prospect Park, and a 5 minute walk to the Church Ave B/Q. The apartment has a separate kitchen with table and chairs. The main room has a queen size bed, an enormous cozy couch, a desk, and an exercise bike. The bathroom has a full bath/shower. There is a Windmill air conditioner in the main room that keeps the entire apartment cool when it's needed. Otherwise, I open one of the many windows in the apartment --- it gets amazing light!! The studio would be ideal for someone needing to get some work done or who works from home; there is an ergonomic desk setup, as well as a work table at the couch. The apartment is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator, but there are 3 stairs in the lobby. Utilities are included (wifi, electricity, gas, water). The apartment is ideal for 1 person, or a couple. The neighborhood is awesome. A great laundromat is right downstairs.
