We live in a quiet dead end street in the hills of Studio City. The space is a furnished guest apartment below our house (we are on a steep hill, so it is still on a second floor level). We are surrounded by nature. The apartment has its own entrance and own gate to the street and is completely disconnected from the main house. It has a terrace with valley views, a spacious living room with a TV with Roku, a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine etc., a full bathroom, a bedroom with a workspace and a washer and a dryer. There is a flight of stairs to go up to the street.

We are somewhat flexible with the dates.

We are in a quiet, nature spot, but there is an endless array of restaurants just down the street. Studio City is a laid back neighborhood and easy to get around. Five good restaurants and a Spouts grocery store in walking distance and Ventura Blvd. has all kind of entertainment to offer. The bus stop is right down the street and the metro station is maybe a 15 min walk away.
