I'm subletting my studio apartment in Yorkville/UES for July and August. The apartment is fully furnished (couch, small table, stools, desk + desk chair, full-size bed, two closets) with an A/C unit and a fully-stocked kitchen with a gas stove. It's on
the 4th floor, no elevator.

There's a laundromat for the building located just around the corner. All utilities and high-speed internet are included in the rent. I do have a few low-maintenance plants which like water every two weeks!

The apartment is in an historic building from 1906, about five minutes by foot to Carl Schurz Park and the river promenade, and about a 20 minute walk to Central Park and Museum Mile. A number of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, etc are in close proximity.

My neighbors are kind and quiet, and I'm looking for someone who will be as well.

Lots of transit options nearby: 72nd St (Q); 77th St (6), 86th St (Q/4/5/6); M79, M15/M15-SBS; M31.

I'm a PhD candidate in art and architectural history and have been living in this apartment since 2021. I'm the primary tenant and the contact for the space if you have questions during your stay, and my building managers are responsive should you need help with anything.
