I am subletting my 200 sq ft studio space in the West Chelsea Building, a historical arts building in the heart of Chelsea. The studio features 2 large front-facing windows, 24-hour access, and both freight and normal elevators.

The building is surrounded by galleries and is just a block away from the water, making it the perfect space for artists and creatives. If interested, please DM me for more information and viewing.

Studio will come with some furniture if you'd like- couch, computer table, painting trolley, etc.
