16'x25' workshop space for sublet between Wednesday April 30th and March 10th. 440 sq ft space, with 60 sq ft of free table space. I've got a welding fixture table you can use, though I'll be locking up my welder (bring yours?). Great space for large painting projects, building or craft projects, mechanic work, refinishing furniture, metalwork, etc. Big, sunny, southern-facing windows with direct access to a large yard. Property sits on the Rondout Creek near the Hudson, adjacent to the rail trail that takes you down to Kingston Point Beach. Beautiful walks. You'll be sharing a wall with a woodworker who uses power tools (occasional noise). Shared workshop bathroom and sink. Priority given to folks who want to sublet multiple days at a time.

I'll also be subletting this space for several other periods of time this summer, including the first week of June, the first week of July, and the last half of August.
