Gorgeous Spanish Style 1 Bedroom with Office in West Hollywood - Fully furnished! (no pets) Utilities included! Parking included! Laundry in bldg.

Timing: Sept 1st - January 1st 2026 (with possibility to extend)

The apartment is a bungalow/fourplex style building and this unit is the best in it's entirety. It's in the back of the building on the second floor (no one above you). The only shared wall is a tiny portion in the kitchen, otherwise no shared walls!

The bedroom is sun-soaked with a giant skylight above the bed (watch the moon at night if you like) -- there is a cover if you would prefer to cover it. The bedroom also leads out to a private patio. This is not a small balcony, it's more like a large deck. Enjoy a drink with a friend in the evening until the stringlights or sip a coffee out here when you wake up. There is a dresser with two nightstands, a queen sized bed, and a television with streaming services.

The kitchen is HUGE. This is a chef's kitchen with multiple surfaces. Appliances include Nespresso, Vitamix, Air-fryer, Pour over coffee kettle, Smeg appliances, Juicer, microwave, oven, and others. You are fully equipped.

Living room is sun-soaked and in the afternoons it's a soft glow. Large Room and Board sofa (brand new), new wool rug, dining room table to fit between 8-9 though there is a removable piece which can extend the table to fit an easy 4 more. There is a record player. A gas fireplace which is nice in the fall/winter and tons of special things from my travels all over the world.

The office features a large sized desk with whiteboard. There is another small tv in the office. A Schwinn cycling bike, a printer, and TONS of books.

The bathroom has a nice shower, and is fully furnished with towels and appliances.

The building features a laundry machine, there is 1 parking spot in the back, and it is well-kept as the on duty apartment manager is a landscaper -- it's a paradise.

Location: You can't beat this. You are half a block from Sunset Blvd. 2 blocks from Crescent Heights going up to Laurel Canyon Road. There is a Trader Joes, Crunch Gym, Urgent Care, Starbucks, and Movie Theatre half a block (on our street!). Enjoy comedy at the famous Laugh Factory a block away or walk over to the famous Chateau Marmont for a cocktail in the evening.

Wifi and utilties included. Linens, towels, etc included.
Apartment manager on site and he is GREAT.

A few things I'm looking for in a subletter:
- No smoking (it's not only strictly prohibited by my bldg and the City of Weho, but I have asthma. If you smoke, any type, this is not for you.)
- No crazy parties. This building is only small and most of the tenants have been here a long time. Everyone knows each other which is really nice, but it skews older. A small dinner party or friend over is fine, but loud music nightly etc will be an issue.
- A lot of my furniture is brand new. Please take care of it :)
