This home is our sanctuary. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex comes completely furnished. There is a spacious backyard and balcony. This is a family home so we prefer a family (with one child), couple, or singles. NO ROOMMATES, GROUPS, or PETS!

This house has been in my family for over 30 years so we are looking for someone who will treat the space with the upmost care and respect.

This is a prime location in Bed-Stuy - a block away from the Tompkins Ave Business corridor. There are plenty of restaurants and shops. You're 5 blocks from the A/C train. There is a parking on the block.
