Welcome to the heart of Brooklyn! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom 2-floor duplex apartment is located in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, just near Clinton Hill & Crown Heights. The apartment is 1/2 block away from the A/C subway stop at Nostrand Ave, offering fast access to Manhattan (15-20 mins) and downtown Brooklyn (5 mins). The immediate neighborhood has great bars, restaurants, and extensive food options. Prospect Park is a short walk, and many of Brooklyn's best spots are a short distance away too. My home is an oasis in the bustling city, so you'll always have a quiet, homey, art-filled space to return to after a busy day out and about.

This newly-renovated beautiful brownstone home originally built in 1899 is well equipped with all modern amenities (central A/C + heat, fiber internet, washer/dryer in the basement, dishwasher, 65-inch TV, hi-fi stereo), full of art, mid-century furniture, a jungle of plants, and a huge backyard with a flower garden, hammock, Weber BBQ, and fire pit. The main bedroom is spacious and equipped with a king-size memory foam bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full size bed. All memory foam mattresses are very comfortable!

Both floors get terrific light and the street is very quiet, as there is no thru-traffic. I travel quite a bit for work and sublet my home to good folks from time to time!

In addition to the rent, there is a one-time cleaning charge of $200 per stay.

I'm currently planning some travel for July and August, but don't have exact dates. So please reach out with your needs as I'm flexible. Also, if you simply need bedroom during a visit to NYC, I sometimes rent out a bedroom for visiting guests while I'm here in Brooklyn so let me know. Thanks!
