I am a musician and audio engineer for television productions. I value open, uncluttered, and most importantly, functional living space. I have lived in my apartment for 10+ years and I have made many improvements particularly in the Bath and Kitchen with my own hands. My neighbors and landlord are respectful and I value their relationships. I frequently work from home so I have a comfortable desk / work space that makes this possible. I cook daily and I like to exercise at least every other day most often swimming and sometimes yoga. At the end of the day I enjoy watching films and I am well set-up to do so comfortably. The TV is very new so streaming netflix (not included) should not be a problem.
