Rent:
- $2825/month (all utilities included)
- security deposit - $2750
- 1st month rent and deposit are due before move in

I currently live here with my boyfriend! This was our first apartment since moving to nyc in 2023 and it has been so easy living here- the neighbors and the live in super are friendly. and welcoming.
