2 bedroom apartment available this summer June 1st until July 31st- Our apartment is available as we are out of town all summer on projects-we are both artists and have put a lot of care into furnishing and making it a wonderful feeling space, its a great layout with a AC, its 800 sq ft, it has a central living room, a spacious bedroom with vanity and a great view and lots of trees on the block(its on the 4th floor and the rest of the neighborhood is 3 floors so there's a great view), a quaint kitchen with everything you'd need to cook great meals, and a second bedroom that will have our tools and other living stuff stored in part of the space but will have room for a desk if someone wants it as a work space, the whole apartment has good lighting- The neighborhood is very quiet but has a lot of really good food around, and any direction you walk you'll get a different experience, it is right in between sunset park, dyker heights and burrough park-with bay ridge just a 10 minute walk away, we really enjoy it and we have good neighbors all around. It takes about 20 minutes to downtown brooklyn, 30 minutes to manhattan- driving its about 15 minutes to manhattan, its right by the entrance to the express lane- subletting is authorized and approved by the landlord, I know someone's gonna like staying here for the summer.
