Fully stocked kitchen (microwave, air fryer, electric stove top, pour over coffeemaker, grinder and vitamix). Clean, bright, comfortable with a few good books to read.

On a peaceful street in Greenpoint, just a short walk to McGolrick Park, Greenpoint library, Cafe Grumpy, Key Foods Grocery and an 8-minute walk to Norman & Manhattan Ave
G train. The building is quiet, with a friendly artist community – ideal for creatives or anyone who appreciates good vibes with lots of activities, only a few blocks away.

$2500 for the full 25-day stay. Must be full stay.
Includes Wi-Fi, all utilities, A/C, and use of everything in the home.
