We’re a creative family of three heading out of town for the summer, and we’re looking for another family to enjoy our Brooklyn home while we’re away.

Our bright and cozy 2-bedroom apartment is set up perfectly for a family with young kids, (or can be set-up in your liking) and we’d love to welcome someone who will treat our space like home.

• Top Floor – Gets beautiful sunlight throughout the day
• Fully Equipped Kitchen – Includes a dishwasher
• Laundry – Located just outside the basement door
• 2 Entrances – With easy access via a ramp
• Basement Space – Very spacious. Includes a half bath and can sleep 3 additional guests or be used as a third bedroom. Accessible from inside or via the building entrance
• Extra Beds & Essentials – Stored in the basement for flexibility

Neighborhood & Transit:

• 5-minute walk to the L Train – Around 35 minutes to Manhattan
• 10-minute walk to the J Train – Around 30 minutes to Manhattan
• 4-minute walk to the B26 Bus – Runs through Brooklyn to downtown BK
• Surrounded by parks, playgrounds, and coffee shops
• Conveniently located between Bed-Stuy, Greenpoint, Williamsburg, and Ridgewood

We truly love our home and this community and are hoping to find a like-minded family to enjoy it while we’re away.
