Hello all!

I'm subleasing my room in our spacious, colorful Bushwick Apartment from June 15th to August 10th. Dates can be changed by a few days. Ideal for someone visiting the city or between leases!

Apartment is two stories and ground level in an elevator building. It's a luxury building and has large rec room, gym, pool, sauna, HUGE roof deck, and laundry in building!

Amazing neighborhood with bars, cafes, and restaurants. Just a couple blocks to the Halsey L train to take you in to Manhattan. Under 10 minute walk to 3 different breweries.

There are three other roommates but all the rooms have a feeing of privacy since the apartment is two levels. We are all creatives. We like to have a relaxing and cheerful environment, no drama, smoking or drugs. Looking for someone motivated, kind, and tidy.

I’m a 25 year old musician, I’ve lived in this Brooklyn apartment for over 3 years now! I'm teaching in Boston for part of the summer, which is why I’m subletting my room. My roommates are creatives and freelancers. We’re all super easy going and respectful. We are social but also like our alone time after a long day.
