The apartment is in a great location, and a 30 min walk to the bart station. 5 min drive to cute bars and shops on the Solano Stroll in Albany. and 10 minute drive to Berkeley. Great location to get to beautiful hiking areas (20 minutes from Tilden Natural Reserve and 35 minutes to get to Marin/ Tennessee Valley)

Me and my roommate will be out of town for the summer doing some caretaking, so we are looking for 1 or 2 quiet, clean, respectful and friendly folx to enjoy our place for the summer.
There is a possibility for reduced rent in exchange for cat sitting*
Also a possibility to just rent for July or just August, but ideally both months! 2500 for the entire apartment or 1250 for just one bedroom.
