I'm traveling, and offering my lovely apt for short-term sublet.

It's great 1,200 SF full floor of a brownstone in Park Slope in a great location.

On the 2nd floor (so one floor walk up), it is stylish, fully furnished (including a fully equipped kitchen, extremely clean and tidy (and no clutter). 3 windows on each side of the apt (6 windows total) - loft like open concept (but rooms have doors so there is privacy). Can comfortably sleep 4. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and a separate room has a bunk bed (two single beds) - all comfy mattresses. There is a day bed (great spot to read in) and desk with a Steelcase desk chair. The living room has a sofa and a 55" Smart TV. There is a 4 person marble dining table. Big bathroom, with washer/dryer in the apt. Super strong and reliable 1GB WiFi. Cool artwork on the walls. Hardwood floors through. AC.

There is a subway (R train at Union Street Station, 1 block away), 4 blocks from Grand Army Plaza and Brooklyn's Prospect Park. A 9-min walk to the B/Q trains at 7th Ave.

No pets unfortunately.

Can pro-rate the rental - but will prioritize longer rentals (in the order I receive them, and will be fully transparent as to order and length of inquires). If pro-rating nights, they will be charged at $250/night ( with a 4-night minimum).
