Subletting my beautiful apartment in Silver Lake from June 6 - July 6

I live on a hillside in one of the most accessible east side neighborhoods - Silverlake. Apartment comes with outdoor space (backyard + deck) , sweeping views of LA, office space, and laundry if you need it! There is an air conditioning unit in the bedroom.

The neighborhood is quiet. There is only one additional apartment on the property. Plenty of street parking! My apartment is near Trader Joes and a 2 minute drive to all of the best stores, restaurants, and coffee shops on Sunset Blvd in Silver Lake. 10 minutes to the reservoir!

Utilities included. Tenant must pay a $200 cleaning fee. I am also happy to arrange additional cleaning at the same fee if you'd like my cleaner to come back. She's amazing and does laundry as well.

I am traveling for a month so I'm looking to find a sublet for my place while I am away. I take great care of my space, so I'm looking for someone who will do the same. All I ask is that you water my plants!
