The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, Roku TV and central AC. It’s move-in ready, with dishes, towels, bed linens, and pretty much everything else one needs.

We use this apartment as a pied-a-terre in the winter months in order to spend time with our son and grandkids in Philadelphia.
