A sunny corner-unit two bedroom in the heart of Bushwick— 5 minutes away from the L train, and in the middle of all the coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and nightlife.

Available June 12 with a flexible end date, but minimum 6 weeks. Would love to find someone looking to sublet through mid-September, which would be about 4 months — I can offer a discount on the total rent for a longer sublet.

🪐 The Space
Hardwood floors and original window trim throughout, designed lighting and a new luxury-firm mattress.

The space will be furnished. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second one (almost as big) is currently outfitted to be an office / yoga studio, but can easily fit a twin or queen-sized bed (not included). It's a corner unit with views of the city and incredible light.

The kitchen is well-equipped because I do plenty of cooking!

The living room is the central hub of the unit, and features a TV, sofa, coffee table, and dining table.

I have two window A/C units that can be paired to your phone so that you can turn it on/off remotely. You can also use the Google Nest speaker to turn the ambient lighting in the living room or bedroom on/off, or to play music.

Bonus: I have a red-light therapy panel in the bathroom, and yoga mats, blocks, weights and other fitness gear in the 2nd bedroom.

I’ll clear out a closet and some drawers for your usage, but not all storage will be available.

Please note that this is on the third floor without an elevator— that means two flights of stairs. There is also no in-unit washer/dryer, but the laundromat is a block away, and they have reasonable rates for drop-off/pick-up.

Wi-Fi is included. Utilities are not included and will be pro-rated based on your dates. Usually during the summer months, gas is ~$50 USD and electricity is ~150-200 per month, depending on A/C usage. Receipts can be provided.

📝 Final details
I’ll have the space professionally cleaned before move-in. A $120 fee to pay a cleaner at the end of your lease will be deducted from your security deposit, unless we discuss an alternative cleaning option.

Would love to rent to fun but mature individuals, couples, or friends. I’ll ask that you don’t host parties, but having friends over is OK. Please be respectful of my neighbors because they are nice people.

Vibe check: FaceTime and/or in-person visit to the apartment is required!

When inquiring, please provide a cover letter about you, a quick summary of your ability to cover rent.

Prior to contract, an ID and a letter of reference will be required. Social media (LinkedIn, IG, or other) would be a benefit but not necessary.

Security deposit is required ($2500). Utilities will be deducted from the security deposit. The remainder will be refunded to you within 30 days, less the payment for the cleaner and any damages.

For a sublet term that is 2 months or shorter, the entire rental amount, including deposit, is due prior to move-in. If it’s 3-4 months, we can discuss.
