Hi! I’m renting out my personal apartment in Marseille this summer and looking for respectful guests who will treat the space kindly — and maybe water a few plants while they’re here 🪴
🧭 Located just a short walk from Place Sébastopol, in a central, quiet neighborhood, the apartment is on the 4th floor (walk-up) of a charming 1940s building. It was fully renovated in 2024 and feels like a peaceful cocoon bathed in sunlight.

I’m David 39 years old, originally from Paris, and I’ve been living in Marseille for the past two and a half years. I completely fell in love with the city — both for its vibrant energy and its hidden calm.
I work in the cultural field and I’m also passionate about sports.
I’d be happy to share my favorite spots for eating out, swimming, hiking, or simply enjoying the best of what Marseille has to offer.

I'm looking for respectful, tidy guests who will treat the apartment as their own.
Maximum 2 people. Pets are welcome as long as they’re well-behaved. Smoking is allowed indoors with care.
I'd appreciate if you could water a few plants during your stay
This is my personal home, so no parties or events, and quiet hours after 10pm.
Please note: 4th floor walk-up – no elevator.
I’d love to have a quick conversation beforehand to get to know you and make sure it’s a good match on both sides.
A €500 security deposit will be requested and returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order.
I also ask that if anything gets broken or damaged, please just let me know — I much prefer honesty than discovering it on my own later.
Please note: my bookshelves are full and precious to me, so I kindly ask you to treat them with care
Pets Policy
I have a dog myself, so pets are absolutely welcome!
I just ask that they are well-behaved and house-trained.
Please make sure they don’t go on the bed and that you clean up after them, especially if they shed or have an accident.
The building has no specific pet restrictions, but it’s a quiet residence — so please keep barking or noise in check in common areas like the stairwell.
