Located on the 7th floor of a quiet building on Roosevelt Island, this unique duplex apartment offers a warm, lived-in atmosphere with a partial view of Manhattan. The space includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.
Sleeping arrangements:
One bedroom with a double bed
One bedroom with a sofa bed (child’s room, with clothes and toys)
One sofa bed in the living room
The apartment is our home, so you’ll find clothing in the closets and a personal, welcoming touch throughout. A small art studio is also set up in the living room, adding a creative and inspiring atmosphere to the space.

Full payment is required before move-in.
A refundable security deposit (equal to one week’s rent) is due upon booking. This will be returned at the end of the stay, provided there is no damage.
Proof of identity (passport or government-issued ID) is required before check-in.
A simple rental agreement will be signed to confirm dates, payment, and house rules.
Maximum occupancy: 6
No parties or events. Residential use only.
Please treat the space with care and respect, as it is also my home.
Cleaning fee: $150 per booking (applies to each weekly stay or full-month rental; covers professional end-of-stay cleaning).
