The apartment is located on the second floor and features a large eat-in kitchen equipped with appliances, as well as a spacious living room. Lush plants adorn every room in the space, with a friendly cat lounging about that often hangs out in a small private outdoor space.

The roommate who is staying loves to cook, keeps the apartment clean, and will host occasional dinner parties.

The apartment is less than 5 minutes away from the Crown Heights/Utica Avenue stop via the 3 and 4 trains, with more than 5 Citi Bike docking stations within a two-block radius. It is conveniently located near grocery stores, bodegas, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Conveniently located near the Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Garden, and Prospect Park. I have lived in the area for almost a decade and love it - I have many recommendations for this and other neighboring spots.
