The neighborhood has evolved since then but our block has kept it’s low-key, eclectic charm.

Our apartment is a lovely 1-bedroom loft in a former factory with an elevator, washer/dryer room and a mailroom for all your packages. Once you arrive at the apartment, the warmth of the sun hits you as soon as you walk in, as it faces south. Hang your coat up in the hallway closet and stroll through the open kitchen/dining/living area, straight to the spacious bedroom with 2 large windows, 2 double-door closets and an overhead storage unit. Then go straight to the bathroom where a bathtub lures you in for a zen soak at the end of the day.

Completely furnished: in the bedroom, we have a custom headboard and nightstands that include cozy imbedded reading lights and bookshelves; in the living room a pull-out couch, credenza, dining table/chairs and bookshelf; in the kitchen a top-of-the line dishwasher and eco-conscious filtered water facet; and in the bathroom a vintage medicine cabinet for all your toiletries.

We have access to the huge rooftop overlooking manhattan and the Williamsburg bridge where you can have a relaxing end of day drink, do a yoga routine, meditate, chill, meet nice neighbors!

We are a couple with a young baby who met more than 10 years ago in NYC. This was our first and only home together in New York and we love it so much. Currently we are quite busy for travel and work and we are keeping our place in Bk in the near future. We love to cook, go out to eat, concerts and to the movies and this apartment served all of our needs and more.
