Seeking a roommate for spring/summer semesters to share this Bushwick gem with plenty of space, tons of natural light throughout the day, and a lofted living area. The apartment is right on the L (Halsey stop), has so many convenient amenities, and is close to great restaurants, bars, cafes etc. I'm new to this building, but absolutely adore it. It houses in-building laundry, gym, pool, sauna, common spaces, and a rooftop patio. The bedroom you would rent has a small balcony and massive windows (in the video). It will be mostly unfurnished, but I'm happy to chat about what I leave because it's a shorter term sublet.

My name's Sam. I'm moving out of the space to be closer to work and I will be managing the sublet.

You would be sharing the space with my sister and her partner. They are both in their early twenties and working in technical theater for the summer. From living with them I can say they are very responsible, tidy, and respectful of the space. Together, they love cooking, comedy, theater, the botanic gardens, and exploring the city for new dogs to pet. Neither are smokers or big partiers.
