This home is our special nest and we are excited to sublet to someone who is clean, organized, respectful to our precious home and who enjoys being woken up by the sun and birds chirping as much as we do. We are looking for one person or a couple to rent our home. NO PETS, NO ROOMMATES, NO GROUPS.

Just 3 min walking from the J train, you’re only a quick 20-minute ride away from downtown Manhattan (LES, Chinatown, Soho), making this location a perfect blend of convenience and charm. Less than 10min walk to the M train and 15min to the L.
You will be within walking distance to delicious restaurants (both in bedstuy and bushwick), cool coffee shops, wine bars and bushwick nightlife. It’s a short, easy and convenient bus ride to Fort Greene park and other parts of Brooklyn.

About This Lister

We have lived in this neighborhood for nearly 15 years and have truly found an oasis in this apartment. It’s astoundingly peaceful with quiet neighbors and sunshine every morning. We love our home and expect the right person to love it as much as we do. We tend to spend our evenings cooking at home and watching movies from our couch. We love to take walks each morning and notice which trees, plants and flowers are currently in bloom. We are in and out of the city daily and it really takes no time at all, leaving us free to hop around effortlessly.
